As the Teacher ajay of this premier institution dedicated to music, dance, and performing arts, Shweta combines her deep love for the arts with her keen business insights, building a powerful platform for aspiring artists across India.
For the past decade, Shweta has been building and nurturing a thriving performing arts school (operating under a different brand name until recently). Ikigai Schools offers high quality training in music, dance, and various performance styles, fostering creativity and confidence in students of all ages.
Shweta's journey to entrepreneurship was preceded by a successful career in the banking and insurance sectors. She held leadership positions at regional and national levels within India's top 3 companies in these industries, gaining invaluable experience in risk assessment, new business development, go-to-market strategies, and team management. Her strong business acumen provides Ikigai Schools with a solid foundation for growth and expansion.
An MBA in Marketing & Sales further complements Shweta's entrepreneurial drive, enabling her to effectively connect with her target audience and build a strong brand presence.
Shweta's vision for Ikigai Schools is two-fold:
